Mr. Whritenour founded Synchronicity Staffing Solutions to offer to companies, across the Government Contracting Community, the benefit of his decades of staffing experience.  He is an accomplished executive with solid foundational knowledge and experience in all facets of the government contracting industry. Extensive Recruitment, Human Resources, Business Development, Proposal Development, Operations, and Management experience in support of the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Homeland Security and Intelligence Community, as well as commercial clients.

Dave previously served in Senior Leadership Roles for Huntington Ingalls Industries, Fulcrum, VT Group, Complete Data Solutions, Dataline LLC, L3 Communications, and US Investigation Services, all of which focused in the area of National Security. 

Dave has been a resident of Northern Virginia for more than 25 years where he and his wife Michele are raising their two teenage sons, David and Michael.
